Firefighter
Here are the requirements for membership as a volunteer firefighter with Courtney VFD.

Any person residing in Yadkin or Davie Counties.

Applicant must be a US citizen of good character, physically sound, and has attained the age of 18.

The applicant must receive favorable initial report from the membership committee; agree in writing to abide by all By-Laws, Rules and Regulations.
Junior Firefighter
Here are the requirements for membership as a volunteer Jr. firefighter with Courtney VFD.

Any person residing in Yadkin or Davie Counties.
Applicant must be a US citizen of good character, physically sound, and has attained the age of 16.

Must still be enrolled in High School in good standing, graduated or have a GED

The applicant must receive favorable initial report from the membership committee; agree in writing to abide by all By-Laws, Rules and Regulations.
Cadet Firefighter
Here are the requirements for membership as a Volunteer Cadet Firefighter with Courtney VFD.

Applicant must be a US citizen of good character, physically sound, and has attained the age of 13.

Must still be enrolled in School in good standing.
